How does the self check-in work?
The day before the check-in (but also few hours before you’re coming) please SEND US – via WhatsApp at this phone number +39 320 27 25 012 or per mail: email@example.com- the documents of all the guests that will come; When we receive the document photos, we’ll send you – via WhatsApp or per e-mail- a QR code that opens the door. You can print it or simply use it from your phone, put the QR imagine near the sensor at the door and you’ll be in!
For how much time is valid the QR code?
This QR code will be available ONLY for the stay duration, so please BRING IT with you always during your permanence!
Where I can park my car near your residenza?
Our Residenza is situated in a restricted traffic area, so you need to park before. Close parking areas are via Lucana, via Gramsci, via Castello (you can notice blue or white strips on the street. The blue ones are for paying to park, white are free, but please take attention to some areas are residents reserved parking “ZTL parcheggio per residenti”). You can park for free your vehicle also in via Lanera, in front of the Sant’Antonio’s Church.
Where can I get the breakfast?
The breakfast will be served in our partner bar near the Residenza.
What does breakfast include?
The breakfast consists of a typical Italian breakfast: something sweets, like a croissant or other local pastries, a coffee or cappuccino per each guest. All other thing you’ll order will be consider as an EXTRA so you’ll pay for that.
Is daily cleaning included in the room's price?
Everyday room cleaning is not included in the fee. For longer stays, you will receive the cleaning service every 3rd day. If you want that your room will be clean every day, also with the changing of towels, you need to pay 25euro per day.
